Facilities Audits: - Cover all major facilities expenses received via CABS and other invoice media
- Audits leverage application technology to automatically load invoice data and mine invoice charge data to identify potential audit issues
- Additionally, our staff armed with deep domain expertise further analyze invoice data to identify issues
- Our audit coverage universe includes rates, mileage calculation, taxes, service composition, installed inventory reconciliation, etc
- Our service includes the analysis, identification, filing and management/closing of disputes
- Our facilities audit services are provided either subject to a gain-share model or on a fixed fee per scope of work basis, depending on client preference
Usage Audits: - Cover all major usage types including local termination, access and LD transport/termination
- Audits leverage CDR application technology to automatically load invoice data and mine invoice charge data to identify potential audit issues
- Supports the loading and automated processing of more than 30 different carrier CDR formats. Additional CDR formats can be added within hours of request.
- Provides thorough analysis and re-rating capabilities, including the independent recalculation of all major inputs (Lata, OCN, Jurisidiction, etc.) to the rating process using industry databases such as LERG, etc.
- Performs switch to bill CDR reconciliations
- Identifies a comprehensive set of audit findings:
- Incorrectly billed rates
- Lata/OCN/Jurisdictional issues
- Incorrectly default rated calls
- Indeterminate Jurisdiction issues
