|  | Chris Lee - Managing Director Chris is responsible for establishing Source Loop’s strategic direction and developing Source Loop’s expanding capabilities. Chris ensures that Source Loop’s leadership is responding to the ever-changing telecom expense management needs of our multi-national enterprise clients. Chris also leads Source Loop’s product development and IT efforts.Chris Lee has worked with leading telecom service providers for over 18 years. Chris is widely recognized in the telecom industry as an expert in the areas of network costs, optimization and sourcing. Chris is founder and managing director of Source Loop. Chris led the development of the company’s online sourcing and reverse auction application, and actively advises Source Loop clients on telecom network and vendor strategy. Having a background in network engineering and corporate finance, Chris is frequently engaged by major telecom investors to evaluate investment opportunities and advise portfolio companies. Prior to founding Source Loop, Chris was the general manager of Enterprise cost management services at Broadmargin, a successful telecom expense management firm. Prior to Broadmargin, Chris held corporate finance positions at leading wireless and fixed line carriers, where he worked on multi-billion dollar acquisitions and raised over $600M in equity financing. Chris holds a B.S. in Business Management from Old Dominion University and an MBA from George Washington University. |  | Daren Moore - Managing Director Daren is responsible for executing Source Loop’s operating plan and ensuring 100% client satisfaction. Daren leads Source Loop’s client relationships from the sales process thru service delivery, ensuring Source Loop exceeds client expectations. Daren Moore is recognized as an industry leader in Telecom Expense Management. Daren has 20 years of experience, which includes directly managing billions in network expenses for a large international carrier, as well as operating TEM companies that manage telecom spend for large enterprises. Daren’s network experience has enabled him to successfully build telecom organizations, processes and applications for a significant number of large multi-national enterprises. Prior to joining Source Loop, as a founding partner in 2005, Daren was the SVP of Operations for Control Point Solutions, a leading Telecom Expense Management firm managing over $7B in telecom expenditures. Daren led the operational teams providing cost management services for both outsource and professional services. Prior to CPS, Daren was one of the founding principles in Broadmargin - one of the initial Telecom Expense Management firms to manage telecom expenses for enterprises and carriers. Prior to joining Broadmargin, Daren served as Director of Network Cost Management with MCI, where he was responsible for managing several billion dollars in annual access and local costs for MCI’s eastern United States operations. Daren’s tenure with MCI included leadership roles in St. Louis, Chicago, and Atlanta where he managed and built organizations focused on network financial management. Daren holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University. |  | Rob Morson - Partner / Sourcing Lead Rob is responsible for managing Source Loop’s Sourcing engagements, working closely with the client and bidding vendors to secure the best available telecom rates and terms for the client. Rob is also responsible for Source Loop’s administrative requirements, including client contracts. Rob has twenty-three years of financial experience in the Telecom industry, covering all aspects of financial administration for large carriers as well as telecom start-ups. Rob has vast knowledge and expertise in telecom contract negotiations and has led efforts for clients to secure favorable agreements with vendors. Prior to joining Source Loop, Rob was the VP of Finance and Controller for Control Point Solutions (CPS), a leading Telecom Expense Management firm managing over $7B in telecom expenditures. He also provided Legal support for all contract negotiations, managed the Human Resources function and oversaw the company’s insurance needs. Rob was instrumental in the due diligence process for Broadmargin’s 2003 equity raise, which enabled its merger with Teldata Control in 2004. Prior to joining Broadmargin, Rob spent 14 years at MCI in a variety of Finance and Contract negotiation roles. Some of Rob’s responsibilities included: Interconnection Agreement negotiations; leveraged lease negotiations; management of MCI’s Accounts Receivables Analysis group; and management of MCI’s Business Analysis and Capital Budgeting group. Rob left MCI as the Director of Access Strategy and Requirements. Rob holds a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. |  | Joe Foster - Partner / Operations Lead Joe is responsible for Source Loop’s TEM outsourcing operations. Joe’s primary focus and expertise lies in the execution and oversight of day to day operations associated with providing recurring services to Source Loop’s clients under outsource agreements. Joe has over 10 years of telecom financial experience managing all aspects of network costs. Areas of expertise include audit and optimization, invoice processing, and contract compliance. Joe’s extensive background with vendor billing, contracts, tariffs, and network design have enabled him to successfully build business processes and procedures that effectively maximize all aspects of the invoice management workflow. Joe has a proven track-record of driving out millions of dollars in invalid telecom billing and realizing savings with minimal turnaround times. Prior to joining Source Loop, Joe was the Senior Director of Service Delivery for Control Point Solutions, a leading Telecom Expense Management firm managing over $7B in telecom expenditures. Joe’s organization was responsible for dispute management, carrier relations, software implementation, workflow design, employee training, client satisfaction, and expansion of opportunities for existing contracts. Prior to joining Control Point Solutions (formerly Broadmargin), Joe managed the audit processing, accruals, and executive reporting functions for a portion of the network access costs at Worldcom. Joe holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia. |
